💌 처음 시작은 딸아이와 함께 It All Began with My Daughter

처음 유튜브를 시작했을 때, 구독자는 단 한 명도 없었고 오직 제 사랑하는 딸만 제 팟캐스트를 들어주었습니다. 딸을 위해 조금씩 시작했던 일이 이렇게 많은 분들과 함께할 수 있는 길이 될 줄은 몰랐습니다.

When I first started my YouTube channel, I didn’t have a single subscriber—my only listener was my beloved daughter. What began as a small effort for her has now grown into a journey I share with so many of you.

💌 포기하고 싶었던 순간들 Moments When I Wanted to Give Up

솔직히 말하면, 중간에 유튜브를 포기하고 싶었던 순간이 정말 많았습니다. 돈이 되는 일도 아니었고, 영상 편집, 마이크 세팅, 녹음… 모든 과정이 저에게는 큰 도전이었습니다. 하나부터 열까지 혼자 해야 한다는 것이 때로는 막막했습니다.

To be honest, there were many times when I wanted to give up. This channel never made money, and every step—editing, setting up the mic, recording—was a huge challenge for me. Doing everything alone often felt overwhelming.

열정은 가득했지만, 그 열정만큼의 퀄리티가 나오지 않았을 때는 제 자신이 부족하게 느껴지기도 했습니다. 지금도 유명한 유튜버들과 비교하면 여전히 부족한 점이 많지만, 학생들을 위한 좋은 콘텐츠를 만들고 싶다는 제 마음만큼은 변함이 없습니다.

I had plenty of passion, but when the results didn’t match my passion, I often felt inadequate. Even now, compared to famous YouTubers, I still lack many things. But one thing has never changed: my heart to create good content for students.

💌 그래도 포기하지 않은 이유 Why I Didn’t Give Up

육아를 혼자 하다 보니 아기가 아프거나 가족 행사가 있을 때는 영상을 올리지 못하기도 했습니다. 기다려주시는 분들께 늘 미안한 마음이 있었지만, 이렇게 끝까지 함께해 주신 여러분 덕분에 포기하지 않고 여기까지 올 수 있었습니다.

As a mom raising a child on my own, there were times when I couldn’t upload videos because my baby was sick or due to family events. I always felt sorry to those waiting, but thanks to all of you who stayed with me, I didn’t give up and made it this far.

💌 앞으로의 다짐 My Promise Moving Forward

앞으로도 부족한 모습이 있겠지만, 언제나 학생들을 응원하는 마음으로, 그리고 한국을 사랑해 주시는 모든 분들께 감사한 마음으로 더 나아가겠습니다.

Though I may still be lacking, I will continue forward with gratitude—always cheering for my students and everyone who loves Korea.

절대 포기하지 말고, 끝까지 저와 함께 반드시 해내요! 저도 더 많은 분들께 좋은 콘텐츠를 드리기 위해 포기하지 않고 앞으로 나아가겠습니다.
