코스피 5000은 한국 역사에서 처음 있는 기록입니다.
그래서 아주 의미 있는 뉴스입니다.
왜 코스피가 올랐을까요?
여러 가지 이유가 있습니다.
첫째, 코스피 5000은 이재명 대통령의 대선 공약이었습니다.
대통령은 주식 시장을 더 활발하게 만들겠다고 약속했어요.
그리고 대통령이 된 후 약 7개월 만에 이 약속이 지켜졌습니다.
둘째, 삼성전자와 SK하이닉스, 현대차 같은 큰 회사들이

Here is today’s news.
Korea’s KOSPI has passed 5,000 for the first time.
The KOSPI is an index that represents Korea's stock market.
An index is a number that shows the condition of the stock market.
When the number is high, it means the stock market is doing well.
KOSPI 5,000 is a first-time record in Korean history.
So this is a very meaningful piece of news.
Why did the KOSPI rise?
There are several reasons.
First, reaching KOSPI 5,000 was a presidential campaign promise of President Lee Jae-myung.
The president promised to make the stock market more active.
And about 7 months after becoming president, this promise became a reality.
Second, large companies like Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, and Hyundai Motor are receiving positive evaluations in the market.
In particular, the semiconductor, automobile, and robot industries are gaining attention in the global market.
Because of this, both Koreans and foreign investors are buying more Korean stocks.
