While raising my child and running my YouTube channel, I started to feel the limits of my stamina. I had tried dieting many times but always failed because of my busy life as a mom. Now, I’ve decided to try again — with the Switch-On Diet.

This isn’t just about losing weight. It’s about becoming healthy and strong again. I’m not only controlling my meals with protein shakes, but also exercising regularly to rebuild my basic strength.

It’s August sixth, twenty twenty-five. This is Tina’s Diary.
Since I started raising my child while also running my YouTube channel, I’ve begun to feel the limits of my physical strength.
When my child is at daycare, I spend long hours sitting at my desk making videos.
Over time, my basic stamina has dropped, and my body just doesn’t feel the same anymore.
So I made a decision:
“I’m going on a diet.”

This time, I chose the Switch-On Diet, a diet that’s been trending among Korea’s MZ generation.
It focuses on adjusting your meal times and portions to match your body’s rhythm.
The goal isn’t just cutting calories, but changing your lifestyle habits.
But… it’s not easy.
For the first three days, the plan allows only four protein shakes a day.
After that, you eat one normal meal at lunch, and the plan changes step-by-step each week.
People on social media say it’s famous among young Koreans because “it really works.”

For the first 3 days, you follow a protein-based reset, and then gradually add regular meals, fasting periods, and exercise in the following weeks.

Right now, I’m on day three. Living on just protein shakes all day is tough.
But surprisingly, since I cut out coffee, I’ve been getting deep sleep at night. ☕π«π€

I lost a lot of my basic physical strength while raising my child and running my YouTube channel.
So I started the Switch-On Diet to change my lifestyle habits.
