2. 봄이 시작돼요.
한국의 겨울이 끝나고 따뜻한 날씨가 시작돼요. 개나리, 벚꽃 같은 꽃들이 피고, 사람들이 야외 활동을 하기 시작해요.

3. 많은 변화가 있어요.
정부에서는 새로운 정책을 시행하거나 회사에서는 새로운 프로젝트를 본격적으로 진행하기도 해요.

4. 미세먼지가 심해져요
겨울에는 바람이 많이 불어서 공기가 깨끗하지만, 3월이 되면서 따뜻한 공기와 함께 미세먼지가 심해지는 날이 많아져요. 특히 황사가 유입되면서 공기가 탁해지는 경우가 있어요. 그래서 사람들은 마스크를 쓰거나 공기청정기를 사용하기도 해요.

5. 꽃샘추위가 찾아와요
3월이면 봄이 시작되지만, 갑자기 기온이 떨어지는 날도 많아요. 이를 "꽃샘추위"라고 해요. 꽃샘추위는 이른 봄철의 날씨가 꽃이 피는 것을 시샘하여 일시적으로 추워진대요. 봄날씩에 적응할 때 쯤 찾아오기 때문에 기온이 조금만 낮아져도 체감온도가 더 늦게 느껴져요. 그래서 감기에 걸리는 사람도 많아요. 오랫동안 지속되는 것은 아니고 3~5월 사이에 연 평균 7~9일 정도 찾아와요.

However, this cold spell doesn’t last too long—on average, it occurs about 7 to 9 days between March and May.
